I.T.S. College of Health and Wellness Sciences successfully organized an exclusive Hands-on Workshop on Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) for our BPT students on 22nd August 2026.
We were privileged to welcome Dr. Harpreet Singh Sachdev (Senior Therapist, AIIMS New Delhi, and Certified PNF Practitioner) as our esteemed resource person, who shared valuable clinical insights and guided students through advanced PNF patterns, stretching techniques, manual therapy, and neuro-rehabilitation strategies.
From classroom concepts to hands-on clinical practice—our students experienced learning that moves beyond the classroom! A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sachdev for inspiring and empowering the next generation of physiotherapists.
