Our BPT 4th and 5th-semester students at ITS College of Health and Wellness Sciences, Greater Noida, had an incredibly enlightening hands-on workshop on the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) technique!
We were honored to host Dr. Harpreet Singh Sachdev, a Senior Therapist from AIIMS, New Delhi, as our esteemed resource person.Students gained practical skills and a deeper understanding of this vital technique, essential for enhancing patient recovery and functional independence.
